For those of you that know me well know that I've bled IMPAQT orange for seven years. Through thick and thin, I've put so much of my life into IMPAQT; relationships, emotions, blood, sweat, and tears, and lots of them! My last day was Wednesday, May 2nd. It started out with a wonderful breakfast with everyone at the company, followed by a "roast" by a few colleagues that I've worked with over the years. It was a great day, filled with tears naturally! To all my friends at IMPAQT, I miss you so very much. Keep up the great work, bust your ass, and make IMPAQT such a huge success! I'll always be here for help, support, and guidance! :-)
I spent a few days in St. Helena, CA in Napa Valley a few weekends ago at Harvest Inn, part of the Joie de Vivre properties. I'm including a link to pics that I've uploaded to Flickr here. The property was amazing...two pools and spas, fantastic views of vineyards, in a very intimate setting. I enjoyed a quiet and very relaxing few days with a 1.5 hour massage and lots of time spent by the pool achieving a very nice base summer tan! While I didn't get a chance to take in wine tasting at the local wineries, it's at the top of my To-Do List for my next trip out to San Fran. I wish that I could have spent more time in Napa, especially with someone special!
